Exploring the Edges of Leadership & Cultural Transformation

At the heart of Rapid Transformation is a commitment to evidence-informed insight. We invest in original research that explores how individuals and organisations are engaging with transformative tools—particularly psychedelics—as part of personal development, leadership evolution, and cultural change.

Our first commissioned research project, conducted in partnership with leading market research firm Fifth Quadrant, investigates the behaviours, attitudes, and emerging trends around psychedelic use in both Australia and the United States.

This landmark study offers valuable data on how plant medicine and psychedelic therapies are being understood, accessed, and integrated across different sectors—from healthcare and wellness to corporate leadership and creative industries.
